Delivery Charges
A delivery fee of PKR 250 is added to every order. This fee is the same in all cities in Pakistan. You can see the amount at checkout before you place your order.
Shipping Partner
We send all orders through M&P Express Logistics. They deliver to your door anywhere in Pakistan. Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will get its tracking details.
Delivery Time
- Your order usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days.
- Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays.
- During sale seasons, festivals, bad weather or heavy courier load, delivery may take a little longer.
- Remote areas may also need extra time.
Payment Options
You can pay in the way that is easiest for you:
- Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you choose COD, you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please make sure someone is at the delivery address with the amount. If nobody is available, the courier may try again or return the parcel to us.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team may message you to confirm your details. Please keep your phone available. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

Damaged or Missing Parcel
If your parcel is damaged or it does not arrive within the given time, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or of the expected delivery date. Share your order number and clear photos if the parcel is damaged. Our support team will check the issue and help you as soon as possible.
